📦 Unboxing Video Requirement
An unboxing video is mandatory to claim any damage, missing item, or wrong product. The video must clearly show the sealed package being opened.
🔄 Replacement Policy
If wrong size or variant is sent from our side, we will provide a replacement at no extra charge.
The replacement request must be supported with a valid unboxing video.
❌ No Exchange / Replacement
If the incorrect size or variant was selected by the customer (for example, ordering a smaller size assuming it to be larger), no exchange or replacement will be applicable
